What about love, sweet love?

LGS, (I love Jay's comment)... :-)

Yes, we do need all those things. I am all for serenity. It's a state of mind I try to keep at all times.

I have (ahem) borowed the Serenity photograph and put it as my backdrop on my computer at work. I hope you don't mind. It's beautiful.

Cheers,
Josie

Jay,
"What the world needs now,
is love, sweet love.
That's the only thing.
there's too little of"

You are absolutely right. I'll try to correct that soon. Thanks for coming by and leaving a comment. Much appreciated.

josie,
I love serenity. I love to say the word, hear the word and dream the word. It's best to experience it though. Please feel free to (ahem) borrow the photo which I (ahem) borrowed from someone else.

The very first post I ever read here was about a beautiful blue picture with white trees on the side. Are these by the same photographer? I have some students by the name of Kamarad. Just beautiful. That last one makes me wish I could hear it.
I reposted this comment due to some typos and a spelling error. =)

Ah, New Zealand is one of the places I have always wanted to go visit. Of course there are many, but New Zealand is near the top.

That song popped into my head immediately, too. Peace - we surely do need that.

Squirrel,
They call New Zealand "God's Zone" cause it's so pretty.

PoI,
I remember that picture too and I remember we were discussing how it was taken. I'm still not sure but I've seen another picture with the trees completely white and it was apparently an infra-red image.

Proxima,
I have only been to the South Island but it is a beautiful country with friendly peole and lots and lots of sheep. Apart from the air ticket, it is not particularly expensive either. Hope you'll get to go one day.

cs,
Strangely, I did not think of the song at all until I say Jay's comment and then all of a sudden I couldn't understand how I could have forgotten. Love the song. We all want peace....so why is there so much strife.
