As it turned out, VDay was a bit of a bummer with my wife working till midnite and I having problems at work too and then visiting a sick friend. We did however meet for a night feast at 1 a.m. on fast food but it was still quality time. Cooking together will wait for the weekend.

"Let me sleep" is often known as been happily married for too many years to count and the kids have tired us out syndrome. The trick is to tire the kids out so they are in noddy land by 8pm and then have the night to yourselves. This is good advice cause my candy heart says I am a "true romantic". So I should know.
