GOING ON A ROAD TRIP
Dear friends, I will be away for a few days on the road; attending to some work matters. So have a good weekend and I will see you next week.
As a treat, for the holiday weekend, I have included below a new in depth analysis of why Britain managed to defeat Nazi Germany despite all the odds...........

Good one Lgs! Enjoy your time away - don't work too hard.
I hope you have a great time and don't work too much! I love your war analysis. Scary accurate.

I'll be waiting for your words of wisdom when you return. I do really enjoy your blog..:)
LGS LAUGH OUT LOUD. I love it. Probably truer than we think, as well.
Have a good trip.
BTW, that is officially the cutest picture I have ever seen.
Scissors beat paper! LOL! Thanks, that was awesome!
I hope you're not riding that elephant! (They don't like squirrels on their backs ya know!)
LMAO at the war thing....omg!!!!
Thanks for the laugh.
Be safe.
Peace
lol, that´s too funny! Have a great weekend and good luck with your work stuff!
hahhaha - loved BOTH of the images. Too funny! Have a great weekend!
Its a long weekend here and then, hopefully, all the tourists will be heading back to where they came from for 'back to school' and our little tourist town will quiet down a bit!
Giggle-worthy photos, for sure. And making Hitler funny ain't easy.
I hope your days away are productive enough to merit the time away from all of us adoring souls!
When u´re back, come pick u´re award up! :-)
To everyone,
Thanks for all your words of encouragement, prayers and other positive energies as I had a surprisingly wonderful and relatively stress-free road trip when I was kind of expecting the opposite. So thanks everyone.
janice,
Thanks to your positive thought, I did in fact not work that hard! Hallelujah!
claudia,
Again, I was amazed but I did have a good time and I didn't work very hard. It was so unexpected.
Sylvia,
Thanks. I had a good, safe trip. And yes, I fear important decisions are often made by rock, paper, scissors.
mago,
thanks my friend. I hope all is well with you too.
the thinker,
I did! (have fun) I too was surprised.
claire
Thanks. I'm back safe and sound.
ruth,
Such kind words....they make me blush. I am glad you yourself had a great holiday and trip recently.
josie,
Thanks. Say, you have a few "official" cutest pictures. I might have to make you chose one day. :)
geewits,
Could this be the way to end wars?
odat,
I am wise enough to know that elephants hate squirrels on their backs. That is why I hid in their trunks. Badaboom! :)
evalinn,
Thanks for the kind words and for the nice award. Ooo. Such a pleasant surprise.
becky,
Thanks for the good wishes. They worked.
About getting rid of the tourists, c'mon becky, learn to share. I wanna be a tourist in your part of the world one day ! Shalom.
jocelyn,
I tried to learn from the greatest. I was heavily influenced by Mel Brookes and his song, "Springtime for Hitler" from the play, "The Producers".
That's a fantastic poster!
