Milking, Milking, Milking, .....Burp!

on Thursday, July 24, 2008

Looks like I'll be working at the nut mines again this weekend. So no time for a long, thoughtful and intelligent post. So instead I will give you this piece of creative madness coupled with a public service message to be tolerant of mothers feeding their babies in public. Yeah, a celebration of the cycle of life. Approve it, don't "a-prude" it.

This concludes our public service announcement.

Wonderful! My youngest is 27, and I can remember being expected to go to the toilet to feed my babies. I hope we are becoming more enlightened.

Once in a while, but not too bad. Interestingly, my worst reactions came from other women!

LGS.... I'm in "udder" amazement !!

*hint*

odat,
Peace to you too.

roz,
It is a sick world that would find breastfeeding embarrassing but pornography acceptable.

cz,
Strange.

MSW,
Even stranger. Thanks for the hint. I thought it looked more like buttocks.

I am a fervent believer that breastfeeding babies is a good thing, not something shameful, not something that needs to be done in some dank, dirty bathroom.

Why the West is so silly about this, I don't know. And yet, every other billboard and mall display is thrusting barely covered breasts at us. The logic escapes me.
