My Stand In

on Monday, January 22, 2007

Dear friends,

It had to happen. I am swamped under with work and there's no way I can spend time blogging these few days. I work, work, work and work and all I get is peanuts. Anyway, when I am in such dire straits, I am so pleased to have my big brother, President Bush to stand in for me. Please treat him with the same kindness you showed to my recent poem and to Rodney the Rat.

Hey LGS... I sent you an email with the headstone photo that you asked for a few weeks ago and I have been unsuccessful as it keeps telling me that "Recipient exceeded email quota". I have your @canada.com address. Let me know what you want me to do. My email address is on my profile. Take Care!

Hey Squirrely - My stomach is too sensitive in the morning to deal with the Prez... sad but true.

I tagged you with "6 weird things about me" - sorry 'cuz I know you're busy.

He's a boy genius, for sure.

I know what you mean about struggling to find the time to blog...

LGS, that's too funny. It's really quite painful, isn't it? It's like watching a train wreck, but you can't take your eyes away.

squirrel,
When I first saw these videos, I was "speechless" too. So I understand how he feels but I don't understand how he got a second term.

dave,
thanks for trying. I think I have received it but cannot get to it. 3 weeks back when internet was affected by Taiwan earthquake, I had trouble accessing account and during that time the box exceeded capacity. Now it takes me an hour to log on and to even erase a few old posts. Until I do that, and free space, the account will always hang. Give me a week to whittle down the spam and free space, then I should be able to get your file.

claudia,
thanks for tagging me - bad week for it but probably can't resist. It'll come up in a day or two.

Jocelyn,
It certainly takes genius to reach such inspirational, low heights in eloquence. I couldn't do it.

Josie,
I've run out of things to say, so I'll go back to "speechless".
